"When asked the question it was without hesitation that I said dealing with A2B is never a problem, it’s a pleasure. If I ever have a question or I am looking for advice I would not hesitate to contact them as I have the confidence that they will get back to me very quickly with an answer. There are times when the payroll has been sent to A2B and then something turns up on my desk that affects payroll, but I know that when I contact A2B they will do their utmost to deal with it to make sure that our staff is paid correctly, they never make me feel that I am causing a problem and I am sure sometimes I am. This attitude is very important to me as I have always thought that you have to do your best to get staff pay correct, you don’t know what effect an error can have on them personally.
When we started with Auto Enrolment with a previous provide it didn't run too smoothly. This was due to the delays on receiving information from our pension broker and establishing who was actually dealing with the administration, it was a testing time. However, now that A2B are dealing directly with auto enrolment we don’t have any problems.
At the end of every month I feel that I am part of the team who processes the company payroll."
