Neil joined the firm in 1998 and has specialised in taxation for the last decade. A member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, his main expertise is advising on corporate tax including tax planning and compliance matters for companies including those with international tax issues. Neil also has considerable expertise in the taxation aspects of corporate finance transactions.
