Audit Exemption

For financial periods starting on or after 6 April 2008, to qualify for audit exemption a company must meet the following criteria:

Qualify as small.
Have a turnover of less than £6.5 million (previously £5.6million).
Have a balance sheet with total assets of less than £3.26 million (previously £2.8 million).
