Derek trained with Anderson, Anderson & Brown LLP and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999.  Derek was promoted to Senior Manager in 2005 and has responsibility for audit and corporate services across a variety of sectors including shipping, oil service, construction and manufacturing. His portfolio ranges from owner managed businesses to auditing groups with international subsidiaries which report under tight deadlines. Derek's specialised experience includes financial due diligence work, business planning and preparation of projections and share valuation work.
