Audit Director.

Ian is an experienced Senior Manager who has a wealth of experience in supporting clients experiencing rapid growth, particularly those undertaking international expansion.  He has recently specialised in the Upstream and Oil Service sectors, providing specialist audit and accounting advice to a broad range of clients, including listed and private equity backed companies, the majority of which have reported under IFRS to tight deadlines. Ian has had a strong focus on client service throughout his career, building teams and international networks with a broad range of skills committed to helping his clients.  Ian has a wide range of wider business experience and, in addition to his specialism in audit and financial reporting, his recent assignments have included the following:

• due diligence and review of completion accounts
• IFRS conversions and associated technical papers
• purchase price allocations, including intangible asset valuation
• bank refinancing
