Overseas Operations and Foreign Parent Company Audit

We believe that good organisation and strong central control of the process is fundamental to satisfactorily performing the audit of international groups with the challenges and deadlines that go with the territory. Through our affiliation to CHI and TIAG (The International Accounting Group) we are ideally placed to offer a truly global audit service.

As well as delivering services to the local owner-managed market, we have a large number of clients who have overseas operations where we coordinate the audit process. As part of this we retain ownership of and manage the process, in order to provide a seamless service whilst ensuring that overseas advice is coordinated with your UK position and home objectives. We also have a number of clients who have foreign parents. In these situations we work with the overseas auditors to ensure not only compliance with UK statutory requirements but adherence to the group auditor's work scope and instructions and all reporting deadlines.
