Management Buy-Outs (MBOs) and Buy-Ins (MBIs)
We regularly work with both MBO and MBI teams assisting them in the analysis, fundraising, project management and completion of transactions.
We provide MBO and MBI teams with assistance in the preparation of a business plan which will market and promote the opportunity to a potential funding provider whether it be a private equity house or a debt provider.
We also work with MBI teams in the identification of target businesses in specific market sectors.

- Co-ordinating the due diligence phase of the proposed transaction;
- Reviewing the financial, accounting and taxation aspects of the legal documentation; and
- Project management of the deal through to completion.
