Douglas joined the corporate finance team in 2002 and has significant experience of all aspects of corporate finance work. Douglas has project managed over 25 transactions in the last two years.

- Start-up of StimWell Services, including fund-raising and negotiation of long term well services agreement with BP Norge and charter agreement with Island Offshore
- Disposal of James Jack Lifting Services to Ainscough Crane Hire
- Disposal of ATR Hydraulics to Hydrasun Group
- Acquisition of Prodrill by Claymore Investments
- Disposal of Future Dental Partnership to Integrated Dental Holdings
