Support for employers, including:
Application of PAYE:- For UK inbound and outbound employees
- Arranging cost effective net of tax credit arrangements and advising on the associated monthly and end of year administration.
Double tax relief :
- Planning the UK NIC and global social security position for internationally mobile employees.
- Applying to UK and foreign Revenue authorities for employees to remain within the coverage of their home country social security scheme, as appropriate.
- Monitoring certificates and applying for extensions of social security coverage, as and when required.
- Improving cash flow by reclaiming foreign tax credits from UK HM Revenue & Customs in respect of foreign tax paid on a monthly basis. (Net of Tax Credit arrangements)
- Advising on, arranging and implementing appropriate UK PAYE/NIC modified arrangements to minimise the impact of double taxation.
Norway/Denmark/Netherlands:
- Preparing statutory reporting declarations in respect of Norwegian sourced employment income paid to UK residents
- Reporting and accounting to Norwegian authorities appropriate monthly wage tax withholding calculations and remittances for UK residents
- Advising on the preparation of reports to be made to Norwegian authorities giving details of employees, sub contractors and relevant contracts on statutory form RF1199.
- Provision to companies of a Norwegian personal tax return preparation service for employees.
- Advising on Danish Hydrocarbon tax reporting and payment
- Assisting with the tax compliance administration surrounding wage withholding tax in the Netherlands
